I don't know about you but I love plaid in the summer. It's so fresh! Sure it can be a bit preppy but really, with these shorts, do you care? As long as you stay in the cooler colors like blues and greens or pastels like pinks and peaches then you'll look perfectly summer appropriate and not like you stole Scotch Tape's look. 
Another thing I love, pockets on dresses! They are perfect for storing shells collected on beaches, pockets full of posies, or you know, your chapstick.Right Now I'm Listening To:
